Is there a fee to submit an enquiry or receive a proposal?+
No. Submitting an enquiry and receiving your bespoke itinerary proposal is completely free and carries no obligation. We earn a referral commission from our partner hotels and providers when you proceed with a booking - at no extra cost to you.
Can I book specific hotels or experiences myself, or only through you?+
You are completely free to book directly with any provider we recommend. Our role is as a concierge and referral service - we provide the expertise, curation, and planning, then connect you with the providers. We may be able to secure preferential rates or perks through our partner relationships.
What budget do I need for a luxury Saudi Arabia trip?+
As a guide: a 4-night AlUla desert villa experience starts at approximately $5,000–$8,000 per couple. A 5-night Red Sea island stay runs $9,000–$15,000+ per couple. A multi-destination 10-night circuit starts at around $18,000–$25,000 per couple including domestic flights. Pricing varies significantly by season, property category, and inclusions.
