Our editorial position

LuxurySaudi4U is operated by Pepform Pty Ltd, an Australian-registered specialist luxury travel publisher and concierge. We focus exclusively on Saudi Arabia — its hotels, experiences, transfer logistics, and the evolving luxury travel landscape since the Kingdom opened to international visitors in 2019.

Every hotel review, ranking, and recommendation on this site is independently produced by our editorial team. We do not accept payment for placement, do not alter rankings in exchange for commissions, and do not republish hotel marketing copy as our own commentary.

How we research hotels

Before any property appears on LuxurySaudi4U, it passes a research process that includes primary and secondary sources:

   Direct property contact

   We engage hotel sales, PR, or general management directly. We confirm villa categories, occupancy, pricing, transfer logistics, and special access protocols (such as private Hegra after-hours arrangements).

   On-the-ground verification (where possible)

   Members of our team have visited the majority of properties we cover. Where direct visits aren't yet feasible — usually for very recently opened resorts — we triangulate from press visits by reputable trade publications, verified guest reviews, and our hotel partner network.

   Architectural and design review

   We verify floor plans, materials, and design context from published architectural sources, press kits, and on-site photography. We do not republish marketing renderings as real photos.

   Pricing and availability checks

   Starting rates published on this site are verified against the official property website and major OTA listings. We update these rates approximately quarterly and note that actual availability fluctuates significantly by season.

   Operations and service signals

   We monitor guest review sources (TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Google) and identify service patterns. We weight recent reviews more heavily than older ones, particularly for properties opened since 2023.

How we make money — full disclosure

LuxurySaudi4U generates revenue in three ways:

• ◆Affiliate commissions when a guest books through one of our partner booking platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, TravelPayouts network). The booking price is identical whether you arrive through our links or directly — the platform pays us a referral fee out of their own margin.
• ◆Concierge service for guests who want a fully bespoke multi-destination itinerary. This service is free at the proposal stage; we are paid by the hotels and operators we coordinate with, not by you.
• ◆Editorial partnerships, only when clearly disclosed. We have not, at the date of publication, accepted any such partnership for content on this site.

Our rankings and recommendations are not adjusted based on commission rates. A property with a lower commission can still be our top pick, and a property with a higher commission can still be omitted if it doesn't meet the standard.

What we will never do

• ◆Publish a hotel review without verifying it from at least three independent sources
• ◆Accept compensation for ranking position, badge placement, or recommendation order
• ◆Republish hotel marketing copy as our own editorial commentary
• ◆Hide commissions, affiliations, or material conflicts of interest
• ◆Use AI-generated images and present them as real property photography
• ◆Recommend a property we wouldn't book ourselves

Corrections and updates

We update hotel reviews and rate quotes approximately quarterly, and immediately when a property notifies us of significant changes (new villa categories, closures, renovations, management changes).
